1. What is permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup is a state-of-the-art technique of permanently applying makeup via intradermal micropigmentation. Properly applied, permanent makeup will be more natural and realistic in appearance as compared to conventional cosmetics.
2. Is it safe?
YES -- AnVanti Clinic of Permanent Cosmetics provides you with medical professionals who have over 30 years of combined professional medical experience. David R. Madenberg, M.D., is our Medical Director and is Certified in Advanced Permanent Cosmetic Techniques. He is available õat all times to answer your medical concerns in regard to permanent cosmetics before and after your procedure. Lynn Duncan-Madenberg, OTR, SMP, is also a trained professional in the medical field with a Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health Professions. We utilize a 100% single-use, disposable system for each procedure. Our methods of permanent cosmetic application are controlled, gentle and safe.
3. Does it hurt?
Very little, if any, discomfort is experienced during the procedure. In fact, the great majority of our clients describe the sensation as a "'tickling" feeling. Dr. Madenberg, and his pharmacist, have formulated a very effective, full-strength, prescription topical anesthesia which is exclusive to AnVanti Clinic for all permanent cosmetic procedures. Its numbing properties are unsurpassed -- however, if you prefer a dental block for a lip color procedure, Dr. Madenberg is also available to provide this service, as well. | |
